State of Florida Boating Specialty License Tag

YES, I want to help protect Florida's waterways for all Floridians. Count us in on the effort to protect boating rights in Florida.

The survey questions 1 through 3 must all be answered YES, or the survey will not count. THERE IS NO OBGLIGATION TO PURCHASE BOATING OR ANY OTHER AUTO TAG.



1. Do you certify that you are the legal owner/lessee of a motor vehicle registered in the state of Florida with Florida License plate number and that your vehicle is eligible for a specialty license plate? (Note: Motorcycles and vehicles that require a restricted license plate are not eligible.)

2. Do you agree that you intend to purchase a Friends of Florida Waterways type of specialty plate for an additional cost of $25.00 plus a $2.00 processing fee, if the proposed plate is approved by the Florida Legislature and offered by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor vehicles?

3. Do you agree that your name, address, zip code, telephone number, county of residence and Florida license plate number can be provided to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles with the results of the survey?
