21st Daytona Beach Boat Show Crack-the-Safe Official Rules for Visible Vault Promotion.

    1. No purchase necessary to play.  Open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older on the date of entry. Employees, agents, successors, and assignees of Sponsor, its advertising agencies, exhibitors of the February 2008 Daytona Beach Boat Show and promotional companies involved in this Promotion, as well as employees, family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered therein.

    2. By entering, participants agree to these rules and expressly consent to the use of their name, photograph or likeness for advertising purposes without further compensation.

    3. The Marine Industries Association of Florida, Inc. is the Sponsor of the Daytona Beach Boat Show Crack-the-Safe Visible Vault™ Promotion.  The Promotion begins on February 8, 2008, at 10am and ends on February 10, 2008, at 4pm.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time.

    4. How to play: A random 6-digit number (“Prize Determination Number”) has been programmed into the Visible Vault. Each contestant is permitted only 1 attempt to open the Visible Vault™.  Make your attempt by entering a number consisting of exactly and only 6 digits into the Vault’s lock.  If the number you enter as your attempt is identical (exact order) to the Prize Determination Number, you are a winner, subject to verification.  Grand Prize: Toyota Tundra and WorldCat 25DB with Twin Suzukis 170 HP engines and Road King trailer.  Only one Grand Prize is available to be won.  If no one enters the Prize Determination Number, no Grand Prize will be awarded.   The odds of winning are 1 in 1,000,000 per attempt.

    5. The memory of the Vault’s lock is the sole determiner of (i) each number entered as an attempt and (ii) the Prize Determination Number.  The sponsor is not responsible for any Vault or lock malfunction.  A contestant’s sole remedy in the event of any Vault or lock malfunction will be a replacement entry.

    6. In the event a winner is claimed, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release will be provided to the claimed winner.  This form must be completed and signed by the claimed winner and contest officials and submitted for claim verification along with a copy of a government issued identification card containing a photo of the claimed winner.  By executing this form, the claimed winner acknowledges their responsibility according to the terms and conditions of this Promotion.  All required signatures must be present and valid for consideration of prize reimbursement.

    7. Each winner, if any, is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from prize to the extent required by law.  Offer subject to federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Winners agree to hold Sponsor and any participating promotional companies, as well as the prize provider, including their respective officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or promotion.

*NOTE:  There are master combinations for the lock each consisting of more digits than are required or allowed for your attempt.  If you enter one of these master combinations, it is NOT an eligible attempt and you are NOT eligible for any prize award, even if the lock opens.
